Employers submitting content (including audio, video, text, images, or documents) are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload and distribute that content. Employers agree that:

• All submitted materials are accurate and lawful

• They own or have permission to use any uploaded media

• Their content does not violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property laws

• They will not upload sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs, government IDs, medical records)

KTI reserves the right to remove or reject any content at its discretion.

3.2 Applicant Responsibilities

Applicants agree to provide accurate information and use the platform respectfully. Applicants may not:

• Submit false or misleading information

• Upload copyrighted or sensitive materials

• Attempt to misuse or disrupt platform functionality

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

4.1 User‑Submitted Content

All content submitted by employers, applicants, or third parties remains their property. By submitting content, users grant KTI a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to store, display, and distribute the content as part of platform functionality.

4.2 KTI‑Owned Content

All platform tools, designs, media assets, JobCast systems, and digital features are the property of Kleinmann Technical Industries, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

5. Media Uploads & JobCasts

Users uploading audio, video, or other media agree that:

• They have full rights to the content

• The content does not contain sensitive personal data

• The content may be reviewed manually before publication

• KTI may remove or restrict content that violates guidelines

KTI is not liable for employer‑submitted media or any consequences arising from its publication.

6. Data Handling & Privacy

KTI‑Jobs.com handles data according to our Privacy Policy. Users understand that:

• Some data may be stored temporarily during transfer

• KTI does not sell user data

• KTI does not guarantee long‑term storage of employer uploads

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their own submissions
